Carefully crafted, each ‘Awareness Through Movement’ lesson is different, offering you a chance to explore the habits in movement and discover more possibilities.
The teacher will lead you verbally through the lesson inviting you to catch yourself in your habitual ways of acting, get curious – and discover some new variations and better options!
Becoming aware of what you do involves slowing down and going gently to be able to feel differences between one way of doing something and another. Sometimes the differences may seem small but they can add up to a considerable difference to your ease and ability., Lessons are often done lying down or sitting to help that process, but there is a great range in the lessons including, bigger or more dynamic movements as well.
